Q on the key functions when in
the ignition, in any position, and
when removed from the vehicle.

If any door is open when Q is
pressed, the horn will chirp f ive
times.
.
The key buttons may not work if
the vehicle is parked near strong
radio a ctivity, such as under TV
towers (most likely in high
lookout car parks).
.
Ensure that other keys on the
key ring are not between the key
and the vehicle.
.
Always store spare keys in a
safe, dry place.
.
Do not di sassembl e the keys.
.
At times a decrease in range
may occur, which is normal.
.
If the transmitter does not work:
‐ You may need to stand closer
during rainy or snowy weather.
‐ Other vehicles or objects may
be blocking the signal.If you
are still having trouble, contact
a Holden Dealer.

The lithium battery should last
approximately three years with
normal use. See “Replace
battery in remote key animation”
under Service Vehicle Messages
on page 5‑22.
Have a flat key battery replaced
by a Holden Dealer.

If pressing the key buttons does
not work, the doors can be
locked and unlocked by tu rning
the key in the driver ’s door lock:
‐ Turn the key towards the rear
of the vehicle (once) to lock all
doors and the tailgate.
‐ Turn the key towards the front
of the vehicle once to unlock
the driver ’s door, twice to
unlock all doors.
Opening the door will cause
activation of the alarm after a
preset period of time. If this
occurs, insert the key into the
ignition and turn on.

If the vehicle is delivered with
only one key, or the key shows
signs of damage, contact your
Holden Dealer as soon as
possible.
