high pressure headlight washer
sprays washer fluid onto the
headlights.
Note:

To conserve washer fluid, the
system does not spray the
headlights every time the
windscreen washer is activated.
After the initial activation it
cannot be activated again for
another 4 to 5 minutes.

The system will not be activated
if the washer fluid level is low.
See Washer Fluid on
page 10‑15.

CAUTION
A car bra or an accessory that
covers the headlight area must
not be fitted to vehicles with a
high pressure headlight washer
system. Obstruction of the washer
jets may cause damage to the
system.
Clock
To s et the t ime and date, refer to
“Setting the clock” under Operation
on page 7‑5.
Power Sockets

WARNING
It is dangerous for the driver of a
vehicle to attach or remove
accessories from the power
socket while driving. It may
distrac t the driver’s attention,
putting the occupants of the
vehicle and other road users
at risk.
Note: Any device connected to a
power socket must not exceed a
current draw of 10 amps.
Front power socket
The front power socket is located
inside the centre console.
It operates with the ignition in the
ON or the ACCESSORIES position.
Rear power socket

CAUTION
Do not use the rear power socket
for a prolonged period unless the
engine is running. Otherwise the
veh icle’s battery will discharge.
