Emergency boot release
An emergency boot release is
provided behind the centre of the
rear seat.
1. Press the lock button (located at
the top centre of the middle
seat) all the way down to unlock
the seatback.
2. Fold it down to gain access to
the release handle.
3. Pull the release handle
sideways, towards the centre of
the vehicle, to open the boot.
The release handle is also visible
from inside the boot.
Vehicle Security
Vehicle Alarm System

When Q on the key is pressed
or when the vehicle is locked
using the key in the driver’s door
lock, the alarm is armed
automatically (after about
30 seconds).
The security warning light
A on
the instrument panel will light up
for 30 seconds and then begin
flashing.

The alarm system is disarmed
automatically when
K on the
key is pressed.
.
While the alarm system is
armed, the boot can still be
opened without activating the
alarm by pressing
V on
the key.
The alarm will be disarmed for
the boot only.
