1. Wipe the sides of the cap clean.

CAUTION
Extremely small amounts of
contamination can cause steering
system damage and cause it to
not work properly.
Do not allow contaminants to
contact the fluid side of the
reservoir cap/dipstick or enter the
reservoir.
2. Rotate the cap anticlockwise.
3. Remove and read the fl uid level.
When the engine is hot, the level
should be at MAX.
When the engine is cold, the
fluid level must be between MIN
and MAX.
Adding power steering fluid
Use only Holden specified power
steering fluid. See Recommended
Fluids and Lubricants on page 11‑2.
1. Switch off the ignition.
2. Add power steering fluid.
Do not overfill the reservoir.
3. Secure the cap and clean up
any spilt fluid.
If the power steering fluid requires
regular topping up, contact a Holden
Dealer.
Washer Fluid
The washer fluid reservoir supplies
water to the front windscreen
washer.
Check the fluid level weekly.
Adding washer fluid
1. Use the correct amount of
washer fluid additive. Refer to a
Holden Dealer.
Do not use or dinary soap or
detergent as they froth up and
damage the wiper blades.
