is faulty.
1. If the alarm occurs accidentally,
the genset may be abnormal
temporarily. The system
automatically recovers after
detecting that the genset
becomes normal.
2. If the alarm occurs frequently,
check whether the genset output
voltage is within the allowed
range. If not, contact the genset
supplier. If yes, change the output
undervoltage threshold on the
mobile app or management
system.
