1. Check cable connections
(communications and output
power cables): Check whether the
parallel CAN cable is loose,
damaged, or correctly connected.
Check whether the AC output
power cable is correctly
connected. Reconnect the AC
power supply and check whether
the alarm is cleared.
2. 2.Module address abnormal:
Check whether the DIP switch
settings are correct.
3. Contact technical support to
determine the alarm cause.
