(4) Hold hoop (5) Filter dryer
Procedure
Step 1 Tap Shutdown on the controller home screen.
Exercise caution because the device is still energized after it is shut down on the
controller home screen.
Step 2 Open the rear door and remove the air lter.
Step 3 Turn o the active power switch QF1, standby power switch QF2 (you do not need
to turn o QF2 for the model with a single power supply), and drive switch QF3.
Step 4 Recycle the refrigerant from the low-pressure needle valve and discharge pipe
needle valve to ensure that there is no pressure in the system. (If a low
temperature component is used, recycle the refrigerant from the liquid pipe needle
valve, low-pressure needle valve, and discharge pipe needle valve.)
Step 5 Remove the
lter dryer, as shown in Figure 11-26.
● Filter dryer replacement requires the collaboration of two persons.
● After removing the lter dryer, immediately seal the pipe to ensure that the
system is clean and moisture does not enter the pipes.
