Replace the 48 V power source
Remove the 48 V power source
Refer to Control side – view 1 on page 138 for location and part number.
1. Complete the following procedures:
a. Remove the power from the cutting system.
b. Refer to Remove the right-side (liquid-cooling-side) panel on page 62.
c. Refer to Remove the left-side (control-side) panel on page 63.
Keep all nuts and screws that you remove.
2. On the liquid-cooling side of the plasma
power supply, remove J7 and J8 from
the fan power distribution PCB.
3. On the control side, remove the
connector covers from the power
source.
4. Loosen the 4 screws to remove the
wires.
