FAULT FINDING
9.1.23 No connection Master Heat Pump to Slave Heat Pump Error
Are Flow and Return cross-connected?
Are the E1/H1/H2 wiring assemblies connected correctly
between the Master Outdoor PCB and the Slave
Outdoor PCB.
Are the connections to the Outdoor Unit plate heat
exchanger, Flow and Return thermistors installed
correctly.

Outdoor Units?
Refer to Figure 67 on page 116.
Is the 4-way valve wiring assembly correctly connected
to the 4-way valve, and to the Outdoor PCB?
Refer to Figure 67 on page 116.
Is the dip switch SW9 setting, in the positionas shown in
Figure 67 on page 116.
Is there a 240 V AC supply voltage to the 4-way valve?

pump operations more than one minute?
Replace the 4-way valve.
Replace the Outdoor PCB.
Make sure the Flow and Return are not
cross-connected.
Make sure that the E1/H1/H2 wiring
assemblies are correctly connected to the
Master Outdoor PCB, and to the Slave
Outdoor PCB.
Make sure that the Outdoor Unit,

thermistors are installed correctly.
Make sure that the S3 dip switch settings
are set correctly for each outdoor unit
Figure 67 on page 116.
Refer to the wiring diagrams. Make sure
that the wiring assembly is correctly
connected to the 4-way valve, and to the
Outdoor PCB.
Make sure that dip switch SW9, item 18, is
set to the position shown in Figure 67 on
page 116.
Replace the Outdoor PCB.
