FAULT FINDING
9.1.6 DHW Thermistor (T5) Error
9.1.7 Central Heating Zone 2 Thermistor Fault.
Does the system supply DHW?
Is a DHW thermistor connected?
Is a DHW thermistor connected?
Is the DHW thermistor wiring assembly correctly
connected to the Indoor PCB connection, CN13?
Is the DHW thermistor wiring assembly correctly
connected to the Indoor PCB connection, CN13?
Is a CH Zone 2 Thermistor connected?
Disconnect CH Zone 2 Thermistor.
Is thermistor open circuit
Replace PCB
Is there wiring attached to each side of the Indoor
Control box DHW Thermistor wiring assemblies?
Disconnect DHW thermistor T5. Check that the

Replace the Indoor PCB.
Use the User interface to change the DHW
settings. Refer to 5.8.9.1 on page 70.
Make sure that the DHW Thermistor is
connected.
Make sure that the DHW Thermistor is

Correctly connect the DHW thermistor
wiring assembly to the Indoor PCB.
Correctly connect the DHW thermistor
wiring assembly to the Indoor PCB.
Connect a CH Zone 2 Thermistor.
Replace CH Zone 2 Thermistor.
Make sure that each of the Indoor Control
box DHW thermistor wiring assemblies are
connected to the system wiring assembly.
Replace the DHW Thermistor.
