FAULT FINDING
9.1.8 Outdoor Unit, Air to Refrigerant Heat Exchanger Outlet Thermistor (T3) Error
9.1.11 Outdoor Unit, Discharge Thermistor (Tp) Error
9.1.9 Outdoor Unit, No Water Flow, Error
9.1.10 Outdoor Unit, Compressor Refrigerant Return Thermistor (Th) Error
Is the Air to Refrigerant Heat Exchanger Thermistor
correctly connected to the Outdoor PCB?
Refer to Figure 67 on page 116.
Check isolation valves are open, check strainers are
free from debris, check the system pressure is between
1 – 1.5 bar and air bled from system.

turn power back on.
Is the Outdoor Unit Outdoor Thermistor, correctly
connected to the Outdoor PCB?
Refer to Figure 67 on page 116.
Is the Outdoor Unit, Discharge Thermistor, correctly
connected to the Outdoor PCB?
Refer to Figure 67 on page 116
Disconnect the Air to Refrigerant Heat Exchanger



Disconnect the Outdoor Unit Outdoor Thermistor.


Disconnect the Outdoor Unit Discharge Thermistor.


Replace the Outdoor PCB.
Replace the Outdoor PCB.
Replace the Outdoor PCB.
Make sure that the Air to Refrigerant
Heat Exchanger Thermistor is correctly
connected to the Outdoor PCB.
Make sure that the wiring assembly from
the Outdoor Unit Outdoor Thermistor is
correctly connected to the Outdoor PCB.
Make sure that the wiring assembly from
the Outdoor Unit, Discharge thermistor is
correctly connected to the Outdoor PCB.
Replace the Air to Refrigerant Heat
Exchanger thermistor.
9.1.2
Replace the Compressor refrigerant
return thermistor (T4).
Replace the Air to Refrigerant Heat
Exchanger Thermistor.
