Encoder feedback should be used for applications requiring precise and accurate velocity and
position control, and is especially useful in applications where low-speed smoothness is the
objective.
The Pluto Servo Drive has one differential quadrature encoder interface, with optional index signal input.
Index is a single pulse per revolution signal that can be used to know absolute positions. Next table
