4.11.3.2 Hospitality Extra Charges Transaction
This is a financial transaction to pay for goods and/or services, identified after
the customer has departed.
The “Extra Charges” transaction is performed by manually entering the Primary
Account Number (PAN).

When the card number has been entered, press ENTER.

Enter the expiry date as shown on card. Ensure that numbers are in month/year
format and press ENTER

Terminal will prompt whether card has a CSC (Card Security Code = a 3-4 digit
number on back of card.)
