mal digits from 0--2000 inclusive. Default is 99.

Hexadecimal ASCII code that marks the end of data to be
received. Range is 00--7E. Default 00 implies no start
character.
* Some wireless stations do not support some characters. Refer to the wireless
station’s user guide for supported characters and options.
