Troubleshooting
If you experience any problems with the normal use of your phone,
you should remove and replace the battery, then turn on the phone.
Symptoms Troubleshooting Guide
Failed to scan AP Scanning access point is failed. Try again and if it
fails too, check the access pont status.
Encryption key is
not valid
The encryption key is not matched with access
points. Please check encryption key of the phone.
DHCP Failed The phone; didn’t received response for the IP
request. Please try again and if it fails too, check the
DHCP server.
Static IP congure
failed
The static IP is not valid. Please check the IP
conguration.
Network connection
fail
The registering is failed by network failure. Please
check the network status and IP conguration.
Out of range The phone is o from signaling area. Please move
to signaling area.
Disconnected by
network failure
The signaling is failed by network failure. Please
check network status.
IP is duplicated Please check the IP is used in other device.
User Info not reg-
istered
The SIP registration data is not registered on the
system. Please set the data to register, such as
phone number and password.
Register failed.
Please check user

System responded error message on registering
request. Please check SIP information such as
password.

The phone number is not dened on the system.
