7.5 Stop an alarm
Alarm can be stopped by pressing CE key.
Note: Make sure to remove the cause of the alarm before stopping the alarm.

7.6 Instant power limited status
Maximum power is limited when 175W (Typ) < Pin or according to the Peak Power Limit
condition.
For the Peak Power Limit Condition, refer to → “ 10.6 Operation Area ”

Set the remote sensing selector switch at “EXT” position when remote
sensing is used.
Set it at “INT” position otherwise.
Contrary to this may cause measurement error or malfunction of setting
and power limit.
