Syntax
[SOURce:]MEMory:SOURce:DELay:AUTO <mode>, (@<ch>)
Store this command to turn on or off auto source delay in channel active memory
list's commands execution.
Parameters
Remarks
This command is only applicable for the U2723A USB Modular SMU.
