Recoverable fault and/or one or more I/O Connections are in the Timed–Out state.

- The device has an unrecoverable fault; may need replacing.
- Failed communication device. The device has detected an Error that has rendered it incapable of
communicating on the network (e.g. Duplicate MAC ID, or Bus–off).
