4.4 Adjust the film stretch
Procedure 1
If you have an Attis model with two bolts on the gearbox cover:
1. Remove the gear wheel cover.
2. Release the bolts at the top and the bottom of the roller with the
smallest gear wheel.
3. Change the two smallest gear wheels (1 and 2) from position:
• For 55% film stretch use the gear wheel with 39 and 60 teeth.
• For 70% film stretch use the gear wheel with 36 and 60 teeth.
4. Align the gear wheels and rollers vertical against the fixed roller.
5. Fasten the bolts in the aligned position.
6. Make sure the gear wheels and the rollers rotate smoothly.
7. Install the gear wheel cover.
