3.2.4 Second calibration menu (CAL.2)
The second calibration menu (CAL.2) can be activated by the following
steps:
1. Turn off the E-link Basic
push
2. Activate the calibration menu
1x +
hold
3. Turn on the E-link
release
Proceed the next step within 5 seconds
Note:
wait < 5
sec.
4. Release the button within 5 seconds to activate the second
calibration menu.
This procedure is used to change the values in the screens of the calibration
menu.
Change/Save the value in the screen
1. Cycle through the digit code (0-9) to select digit.
Hold the button until the correct value is shown.

2. Save the digit and go the next/previous digit.

3.2.4.1 Set overspeed alarm target (screen 2.1)
The Normal screen shows the target RPM for the overspeed alarm. The
value can be stored to 100 numbers (00...99) and the default is 30.
3.2.4.2 Set slow start time (screen 2.2)
The Totals screen shows the duration of the slow start in seconds. The value
range is 0.0...9.9 and the default is 3.0 seconds.
3.2.4.3 Set pulses before the film is released (screen 2.3)
The Part Totals screen shows the number of pulses measured by the
rotation sensor after the wrapping has started, before the film is released.
The number can be stored to 10 pulses (0...9) and the default number is 2
pulses.
