5.2.4 Verify the oil pressure in the accumulator
5.2.4.1 Cutter accumulator
Requirements:
• Oil pressure pump with pressure gauge
Procedure film cutter
1. Open the film cutter.
2. Connect the hose of the oil pressure pump to the quick coupling of
film cutter cylinder.
3. Switch on the oil pressure pump.
4. Verify if the value of the oil pressure is in range:
• accumulator 0,50 liter: 16 bar (+/- 1 bar)
• accumulator 0,75 liter: 23 bar (+/- 1 bar)
a. If the oil pressure is correct, switch off the oil pressure pump
and disconnect the hose,
b. If the oil pressure is below or above the mentioned values go to
step 5.
5. Operate the oil pressure pump by pumping oil into the system till 30
bar.
6. Release the pressure from the system till the operating value is
reached:
• accumulator 0,50 liter: 16 bar (+/- 1 bar),
• accumulator 0,75 liter: 23 bar (+/- 1 bar).
