1. INTRODUCTION
The Lely Attis PT 130 is a trailed bale wrapper to load and wrap cylindrical
forage bales in a plastic stretch film.
The loading arm picks the forage bale up from the ground and moves it to
the wrapping table.
The wrapping table has two rollers with belts which slowly turns the forage
bale while the wrapping table itself also turns. As the bale turns, the plastic
film from the film holder is pulled through a film dispensing unit and wrapped
tightly around the forage bale.
The E-link manual control controls and monitors the wrapping program and
make sure the forage bale is wrapped with the required number of film
layers. The E-link manual control consist of a LCD display with buttons and
switches, installed near the operator, that enable to give commands and
change the values of the Attis.
When the required number of film layers or wraps are reached, the wrapping
table moves upwards and the film cutter closes to cut the film with the film
knife. The film is held firmly in position for the next bale. After the cut, the
wrapping table moves further upwards and the bale rolls from the wrapping
table to the ground. After unloading the bale, the wrapping table moves
downwards and turns to the loading position to receive the next bale.

extras (page 1‑3) and specifications (page ‑1).
