5.1 Scheduled maintenance
5.1.1 Maintenance after the first 5 working hours
• Torque-tighten all bolts and nuts (page 7‑1).
5.1.2
Maintenance after operation
• Torque tighten the nuts of the transport wheels to 270 Nm (27 kgm).
• Make sure all safety decals are not damaged. Replace if necessary.
• Examine the hydraulic system for leaks and damaged parts. Repair or
replace damaged parts.
5.1.3 Maintenance every 50 working hours
• Grease the bearings of the wrapping table rollers (page 5‑4).
• Grease the loading arm (page 5‑4).
• Grease the gearwheels of the stretcher unit (page 5‑4)
5.1.4 Maintenance every 100 working hours
• Grease the parking jack (page 5‑4).
• Grease the gearwheels located below the wrapping table. (page ‑1)
• Grease the drive chain of the wrapping table rollers (page 5‑8).
5.1.5 Maintenance every month
• Grease the parking jack (page 5‑4),
• Grease the gearwheels located below the wrapping table. (page ‑1)
• Grease the drive chain of the wrapping table rollers (page 5‑8).
5.1.6 Maintenance every 5 year
• Replace all hydraulic hoses five years after their production date. Refer to
the text on the hoses for their production date.
5.1.7 Maintenance before prolonged storage
• Clean the Attis (page 5‑3).
• Apply oil to the profile of the film cutter.
• Grease the bearings of the wrapping table rollers (page 5‑4).
• Grease the gearwheels of the stretcher (page 5‑4).
• Grease the loading arm (page 5‑4).
• Grease the parking jack (page 5‑4).
• Grease the drive chain of the wrapping table rollers (page 5‑8).
• Torque-tighten all bolts and nuts (page 7‑1).
