5.2.3 Adjust the chain tension
Requirements
• Spring unster
Procedure
1. Remove the chain casing cover.
2. Verify the chain tension:
• x = 70 N, then the tension is correct,
• x < 70 < x, then goto step 3 to readjust the tension.
3. Loosen the nut of the chain tensioner.
4. Push the chain tensioner with 70 N against the chain.
5. Tighten the nut of chain tension.
6. Install the chain casing cover.
