Check the switch (TTM media size) for proper
connection.
Check tray 3 and tray 4.
Are the above sensors connected properly?
Replace the
appropriate switch

Replace the
connection.

Check the appropriate 1TM, 3TM, or TTM controller
card assembly and the printer engine card assembly for
proper connection.
Are connectors P541 and P413 on the above cards
connected properly?
Go to step 6. Replace the
connection.
