Malfunctions, causes and remedies (hydraulic system)
Abnormal noise.
Possible cause
Remedy
Clogged suction filter. Change the filter.
Leaking suction lines, oil foams.
Seal the lines. Check the hydraulic oil, top up if
necessary.
Hydraulic pump or engine damage, faulty
seals, causing air intake.
Have the hydraulic unit checked by your
authorised dealer.
Incorrect oil viscosity, too little oil in the tank or
hydraulic pump.
Change the hydraulic oil, observe the pre-
scribed viscosity. Top up hydraulic oil.
No pressure or too l
ittle pressure in the system.

Remedy
Suction disrupted, noises.
Change the hydraulic oil, top up the hydraulic
oil.
Pump faulty, leakage loss, pressure valves will
not shut, valve seat damaged.
Contact your authorised dealer.
Pipe line broken or leaking.
Change the lin
eorseal.
Oil too thin causing high leakage loss.
Change the hydraulic oil, observe the pre-
scribed viscosity.
Oil temperature warning is displayed.
Check the hydraulic oil level, clean the hy-
draulic oil cooler.
Oil pressure fluctuation.

Pressure relief valve or feed pressure valves
are seizing.

Lift and tilt cylinders show friction points. Contact your authorised dealer.
Lift mast does not extend fully or sinks slightly.
