5 Maintenance
Chassis, bodywork and fittings
¾ Open the bonnet with driver’s seat (4) by
approx. 30°.
The automatic mechanism should block
extension of the belt from the belt retractor
(2).
Check fastening fo
rframe,tilt
cylinders and ste
ering axle
¾ Check 6 fastening
bolts (M 30) (1) of frame
have a tightenin
g torque of 1350 Nm.
¾ Check 4 fastening bolts (M16) (2) of tilt
cylinders have a tightening torque of
275 Nm.
¾ Check the fastening bolts (M16) on the
steering axle have a tightening torque of
195 Nm.
Checking and oiling other bearing
points and joints
ENVIRONMENT NOTE
Follow the precautions for handling fluids and
lubricants.
¾ Inspect and oil the pivots and mountings of:
