2.9 Warranty

The warranty for the Suprasorb

CNP P3 runs for 2 years. This period is neither extended

norrenewed when warranty work is performed. The battery comes with a6-month warranty.

The warranty does not extend to wearing parts or consumables.

L&R is only responsible for consequences for safety, reliability and speciﬁed performance

capacity if:

• original accessories and spare parts are used;

• maintenance and repairs are performed by L&R or aspecialist authorised by L&R;

• the device in question is operated in accordance with the instructions for use and

notcontrary to the intended purpose.

L&R does not guarantee the error-free functioning of the Suprasorb

CNP P3 nor does it

accept liability for any material damage or personal injuries sustained if:

• accessories and spare parts are used which are not original;

• the information in these instructions for use is not heeded;

• assembly, setup, modiﬁcations, updates or repairs are not performed by L&R or

aspecialistauthorised by L&R;

• the security seal is removed or broken;

• another charger is used.

PLEASE NOTE

All warranty claims become void if the Suprasorb

CNP P3 is opened by

unauthorised persons, the security seal is removed/broken, repairs are

performed by unauthorised persons or the device is not used in accordance

with the guidelines.
