CAUTION
Use of the carry bag
• The Suprasorb
®
CNP Carry Bag for mobile use supplied with
theSuprasorb
®
CNP P3 is intended for single use per patient.
It should not be used for other patients but be disposed of once used.
PLEASE NOTE
Cleaning of the therapy unit
• Aggressive cleaning agents may damage the Suprasorb
®
CNP P3
anditsaccessories. Do not use any disinfectants containing acetone.
• Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for use for the disinfectants used,
especially with regard to the compatibility with the materials and surfaces
aswell as the concentration specifications.
• Follow the cleaning and care instructions (Section 7).
L&R recommends Incidin LIQUID for wipe disinfection of the device.
PLEASE NOTE
The Suprasorb
®
CNP P3 therapy unit must undergo acheck in accordance
with DIN EN 62353 performed by L&R or an L&R authorised service partner
every 18 months at the latest. L&R offers customers and partners rapid
andprofessional reprocessing as well as the performance of necessary tests
and checks.
The Suprasorb
®
CNP P3 therapy unit requires no maintenance when used in accordance with
the instructions for use.
Always perform avisual inspection and function test prior to use. Do the same with the device’s
accessories.
The device may only be opened and repaired by L&R or an authorised specialist in accordance
with the service documentation provided by the manufacturer and taking appropriate technical
and hygienic safety precautions.
The device may be returned to L&R directly or via your CNP specialist.
All accessories must be cleaned and disinfected prior to return. The device itself must be treated
with asurface disinfectant.
L&R does not guarantee the error-free functioning of the Suprasorb
®
CNP P3 therapy unit nor
does it accept liability for any material damage or personal injuries sustained if:
• accessories and spare parts are used which are not original;
• the information in these instructions for use is not heeded;
• assembly, setup, modifications, updates or repairs are not performed by L&R
oranauthorised specialist;
• the security seal is removed or broken.
