Error message Status Possible cause Remedy

Container is not
connected.
Connections open.
The container and exudate pouch may
not be connected to the device properly.
The cause may also be acollapsed
exudate pouch.
Or aconnection between the tubes
maybe open.
Please check the points above and
re-establish all connections if necessary.
A signal sounds.
Therapy continues
to run in the
background.
Wound dressing
or connections
nottightly sealed.
The tubes might not be connected
properly or the dressing itself is not
sealed tight.
Please check both possibilities,
reconnect the tubes using
thesingle-piece connector or
improvetheseal onthe dressing.
A signal sounds.
Therapy continues
to run in the
background.
Exudate flow
interrupted, tube
blocked, internal
filter blocked.
A tube clamp may have accidentally
been closed or there may be ablockage
in the tubes.
Please open all the tube clamps or try
toremove the blockage in the tubes.
If necessary, change the full exudate
pouch.
However, if the internal charcoal/bacterial
filter is blocked, the device needs to
be reprocessed properly by L&R or
anauthorised L&R service partner!
A signal sounds.
Therapy continues
to run in the
background.
If the message “Exudate pouch is full”
appears, it is high time to insert anew
exudate pouch. Replace the pouch in
accordance with the instructions for use
(see Section 3.4).
