• Check that there are no short circuits to ground in the
surveillance camera (forward / sideways) circuits

Defective surveillance
camera
• Check that the surveillance cameras (forward / sideways) are
functioning properly
4 Monitor fault
• When no problem is diagnosed in steps 1 to 3, it is likely that
the monitor is defective
E-13 [All operational machines / slewing / travelling do not function]
If an error code is displayed, prioritize the diagnosis and countermeasures for it.
Content None of all the working machines and the slewing/travelling works

1 Locking lever switch fault
• Check to make sure that the locking lever is not in free
position.
• Check if the micro switch functions properly.

circuit)
• Check that there are no short circuits to ground in the locking
lever signal circuit

Is the emergency stop switch

• Cancel the emergency stop switch

Content Switching travel speeds does not change the travelling speed.

1 Left side joystick switch fault
• In travelling mode, the Hi-Lo travelling changeover switch on
the left side joystick switch (front left switch) is defective

2-speed travelling switching
solenoid is defective
• Check if 2-speed travelling switching solenoid (travel speed
switching valve) functions properly

Open-circuit failure of
harness
(Open-circuit or connector
contact fault)
• Check that there are no open circuits in the circuits relating to
the 2-speed travelling switching solenoid / left side joystick
switch

Harness short-circuit fault
(Contact with grounding
circuit)
• Check that there are no short circuits to ground in the circuits
relating to the 2-speed travelling switching solenoid / left side
joystick switch
5 Monitor fault
• When no problem is diagnosed in steps 1 - 4, it is likely that the
monitor is defective
6 Controller fault
• If there is still no problem diagnosed in steps 1 - 5, a fault in the
controller (TTC540) is possible
