Glow lamp does not function
Glow lamp does not come on even if the key is turned on (at a low temperature).
Assumed cause

Cause Diagnostic method and action to be taken
1 Blown glow fuse
Check if the glow fuse has blown. If it has, a short circuit to
ground is highly probable, so check the circuit
Glow fuse: 80 A
2 Glow relay fault Check if the glow relay functions properly.

Open-circuit failure of
harness
(Open-circuit or connector
contact fault)
Check the starter circuit for any open-circuit.

Harness short-circuit fault
(Contact with grounding circuit)
• Check to ensure that no ground fault is found in the starter
circuit.
E-10 [Headlights do not turn on normally]
Content The headlights do not come ON

1 Switch fault Check if the ON/OFF switch functions properly

Open-circuit failure of

contact fault)
Check the headlight power circuit for any open circuits

Check that there is no short circuit to ground in the headlight
power circuit
4 Working lamp fault
Check for any burnt out filament of bulb.
• If the filament of bulb is not burnt out, failure of lamp body
should be suspected.

Content All tri-colour revolving working status lamp does not come ON.

open-circuit.

Check that the tri-colour revolving working status lamp is
functional
4 I / O unit fault
If there are no problems with 1 to 3, it is likely that the I / O unit
(TTC36X) is defective
