5.3.5 Filters (Average of n-values)
– Select the Filter submenu using the
▼ or ▲ key.
– Select using 4 key or exit submenu
using the Ó key.
– Use the ▼ or ▲ key to select the
number of values for ltering.
The sliding average is formed from
the selected number of values and
displayed as a measured value. Then
the oldest value is deleted and a new
value is added to calculate the new
average and display it as a measured
value.
– Use the 4 key to conrm the
selection or the Ókey to exit the
submenu.
– Use the
key to switch to
measuring mode.
The signals of the probes can be
ltered in order to avoid disturbances
caused by grooves or dirt on the
workpiece. The number of values for
ltering can be set between 1 and 16.
As a rule: the higher the set value, the
greater the lter effect.
