8.8.5 Lubricating the locking of turntable
Grease, spare
parts, tools
–Brush.
Prerequisites – The truck crane must be level and in on-road mode;

– The engine must be switched off and secured against unauthorised use;

– The turntable must be at one of the locking points (0° or 180°).
Lubricating
• Familiarize yourself with the operation of the turntable locking and
observe the safety instructions;

• Use a brush to lubricate the lubrication
points (4).
• Check the lever linkage (1), the retainer (2)
and the spring (3) for damage and correct
operation in both conditions:
(A) – turntable locked;
(B) – turntable unlocked.
