Oil filter
• Place a receptacle underneath the engine.
• Remove the cover (1).
• Remove the oil filter (3) from the housing.
• Place the old filter (3) in the receptacle.
• Insert a new filter (3) and a new gasket (2)
into the housing.
• Attach the cover (1) – torque 55 Nm (40.5 lbf ft);
à Engine manufacturer’s documentation.
• Leave the receptacle in place for the oil change.
Draining oil
• Screw the connecting piece and hose onto
the valve (1) and drain the oil into the
receptacle;

• Remove the connecting piece and hose
from the valve and remove the receptacle.
Topping up oil
• Top up with fresh oil through the filler
neck (2);
