6.1.2 Reference run not made
a.
Cause:
The guide rods and/or limit switch are dirty.
Solution:
Check the guide rods and limit switch for dirt, and clean them, if necessary.
If the problem keeps occurring, contact MARKATOR
®
service.

b.
Cause:
X or Y axle drive defective
Solution:
Move along the X and Y axis in teach-in mode.
( Chapter “Teach-in ”, page 128)
If the motor runs quietly and powerfully, no error is present.
If the motor runs roughly, there is an error in the cable routing or the power electronics.
Contact MARKATOR
®
service.

Cause:
The X or Y limit switch is defective. The corresponding carriages rattle against the ends of the
guide rods.
Solution:
1. Turn off FlyMarker
®
mini.
2. With the power off, manually slide the axles to the limit switch.
3. Turn on the FlyMarker
®
mini.
If the problem keeps occurring, contact MARKATOR
®
service.

Cause:
The reference sensors are defective, dirty or misadjusted.
Solution:
Check the operation of the reference sensors and repair them, if necessary.
