7. Maintenance
- Repairs and maintenance must be performed only by
trained, authorized personnel! Keep unauthorized
people away!
- Maintenance must be documented in detailed
maintenance reports that include the date, work
performed and the person who performed it.
- The FlyMarker
®
mini must never be cleaned with
compressed air or water!
- Use only a soft, dry, lint-free cloth.
For heavier soil, a moist cloth can also be used.
- To ensure expert service, it is a good idea to have
a maintenance contract with MARKATOR
®
.

Hot impact magnets and surrounding components
are a burn hazard.
- Before touching the FlyMarker
®
mini (e.g. when
marking, changing marking pins or performing
maintenance), all parts of the marking head must be
cooled to a safe temperature. Measure the
temperature, if necessary!
- Dangerously hot parts must be touched only with
heat-protective gloves or heat-protective clothing!
- Limbs may be burned by hot components!
The maintenance work and preventive care described below are recommended for the
FlyMarker
®
mini 120/45 under average use conditions, in daily single-shift operation, without
extreme dirt accumulation.
