6.2 Repairing malfunctions

6.2.1 FlyMarker
®
mini cannot be turned on (display remains dark)
a.
Cause:
The battery is not inserted precisely.
Solution:
Remove the battery and insert it precisely.

b.
Cause:
The battery is dead.

Solution:
Remove the battery, charge it, and insert it precisely.

If the FlyMarker
®
mini remains switched off for more than 2
days (e.g. on weekends), the battery must be removed from
the machine.
If the battery remains for longer than 2 days on the switched
off FlyMarker
®
mini, this may cause a deep discharge of the
battery.
In this case warranty will expire.
c.
Cause:
There is an internal data error.
Solution:
Remove the battery, wait about 10 seconds, and put it back in.
