As in Fig.5.2.13.
The brake disc
Make sure the brake disc is clean and free of grease.
Apply thread sealant to brake disc bolts and tighten
according to specified torque.
As Fig. 5.2.14.
Brake disc bolts: 23 N · m (2.3 kg · m)
Re-install
Reinstall in the reverse order of disassembly, but note the
following points.
Adjust the speedometer transmission box (1) and the
speedometer soft axis (2) as shown in Fig.
As Fig. 5.2.15.
The convex part of the transmission box is aligned
with the concave part of the front fork.
Tighten the front axle according to the specified ③
torque.

Front axle: 65 N·m (6.5 kg · m) As in Fig.5.2.16
