Remove the brake caliper holder .④
Remove the spring .⑤ As in Fig.5.3.6.
Place a rag on the brake caliper piston to prevent it
from popping out.
Compressed air is then used to force the piston out.
Note:
Do not use high pressure air to prevent
damage to calipers.
Remove the dust sealing ring and the piston ⑥
sealing ring⑦. As in Fig.5.3.7.
Note:
Do not use the old dustproof sealing ring and
piston sealing ring to prevent leakage.
Rear brake calipers removed and disassembled
Remove the brake hose connection bolts , remove ⑤
the hose from the brake caliper, and then drain the
remaining brake fluid into the appropriate container.
Release the valve and operate the brake pedal until
the old brake fluid is fully discharged from the brake
system.
Loosen the friction plate mounting bolt .④
Remove the mounting nut and remove the rear ⑥
brake calipers.As in Fig.5.3.8
