Note: Before assembly, clean the main cylinder with
new brake fluid.After cleaning the cylinder, do not
erase the brake fluid on it.When cleaning cylinder
parts, special brake fluid should be used.Never use
cleaning fluids or cleaners such as gasoline or
kerosene.Before reassembly, apply brake fluid to the
main cylinder diameter and all parts to be loaded into
the cylinder diameter.

Note:
When reinstalling the open spring ring, make sure
the sharp edges of the spring ring face outward.
When reinstalling the brake light switch, align the
protruding part on the switch with the hole on the main
cylinder. As in Fig.5.3.29
When the main cylinder is installed on the handlebar,
align the mating surface A of the main cylinder fixing
block with the starting point B of the handle, and tighten
the upper clamping bolt first.
As in Fig.5.3.30, Fig.5.3.31.
Main cylinder bolt: 10 N· m (1.0 kg · m)
Install brake tube connections and bolt them to
specified torque as shown in Fig.
As Fig. 5.3.32.
Brake tube connection bolt: 23 N· m (2.3 kg · m)
Note:
After the main cylinder is reinstalled and the
brake fluid is injected, the air in the brake system
shall be released.
