After loosening the upper and lower clamping bolts
(① and ②) of the front shock absorber, remove the front
shock absorber.
Note:
Gently loosen the fastening screw plug (3) of
the front fork to facilitate subsequent disassembly.
As in Fig.5.4.3.
Remove the fastening screw plug③, sealing ring ④,
lining pipe ⑤and gasket of the front fork⑥.As in
Fig.5.4.4.
Tilt the front fork and slowly pump the bottom
barrel several times to drain the oil from the front fork.

Hold the front fork in an upside-down position for a
few minutes to drain the oil completely.
When the damping rod is fixed, remove the bolt of
the damping rod.
Remove the damping rod⑦and spring⑧ from the
inner tube.

Remove dust seal ring ① and oil seal stop ring②.As in
