Tighten the lower clamping bolt①and the cover bolt
② of the front fork according to the specified torque.
Tighten the clamping bolt③ on the upper part of the
front fork according to the specified torque.
As Fig. 5.4.21.
Clamp bolt on front fork: 23 N· m (2.3 kg · m)
Front fork lower clamping bolt: 33N·m (3.3 kg· m)
Install the front fender.
Install brake calipers.
Install the front wheels.
Move the front cross several times up and down.As
in Fig.5.4.22.
