Lift the rear wheel off the ground with a jack
or block.
Remove rear axle self-locking nut⑤，Pull out rear
axle and remove rear wheel.As in Fig.5.7.6.
Remove rear flat fork self-locking nut⑥，Pull
out the rear flat fork shaft, remove the chain slider
and rear flat fork.As in Fig.5.7.7.
Remove the flat fork needle roller bearing
using a special tool.As in Fig.5.7.8.

Remove dust cover , needle roller bearing , ① ③
inner liner oil seal , inner liner of rear flat ②④ ⑤
fork shaft
As in Fig.5.7.9.
Inspection and disassembly
Check whether the dust cover, needle roller
bearing, inner liner oil seal and inner liner of rear
flat fork shaft are damaged.
If it is defective, replace it with a new one.
