Assemble gasket①and large hub inner sleeve②on
intermediate shaft.
As in Fig.3.5.31
Note:Apply oil to the inner and outer surfaces of the
large hub inner sleeve.
Install the primary driven gear assembly③and washer
④ on the intermediate shaft.
Note:
Turn the primary driven gear counterclockwise
when engaged with the driven gear.
Assemble clutch spline sleeve ⑤and safety washer ⑥.
As in Fig.3.5.32
Install the clutch spline sleeve nut and tighten it at
specified torque with a special tool.As in Fig.3.5.33
Tools: Clutch spline sleeve support device socket ⑦
wrench .⑧
Clutch spline sleeve nut: 40 n · m (4.0 kg · m)
Steadily bend the safety gasket .⑨
Put the long end of the clutch jack inward into the
middle shaft hole.As in Fig.3.5.34
How to assemble clutch top column (11), end face
needle roller bearing (12) and gasket (13)

Note:
Assemble the safety gasket so that the tongue
protruding part A is aligned with the flat part of the
clutch spline sleeve.
