Assisted brake master cylinders
The accumulator (1) fitted upstream of the master
cylinders (5) (Fig. 3 and Fig. 4) is supplied by the low
pressure circuit (17 bar).
It allows a faster responsiveness of the assistance
mechanism.
It also maintains the pressure in the master cylinders
via the non-return valve (2) in the line (4) when the
engine has been stopped (Fig. 3).
