6. Press the ENTER key to enter the SET ASC
LIMITS menu. The negative ASC Limit value
will begin flashing.
7. Use the ARROW keys to adjust the negative
ASC limit value, if desired. Press both ARROW
keys simultaneously to reset the negative ASC
value to the default (-90%), if desired.
8. Press the ENTER key to switch to the positive
ASC limit value or press the MANUAL key to
abort the procedure. If the MANUAL key is
pressed, any changes to the ASC Limit values
will be discarded and the system will exit the
setup menus and return to the Operator Level.
9. If the ENTER key was pressed in step 8, use
the ARROW keys to adjust the positive ASC
limit value, if desired. Press both ARROW keys
simultaneously to reset the positive ASC value
to the default (+90%), if desired.
10. Press the ENTER key to store the new ASC
LIMITS, or press the MANUAL key to abort the
changes. The system will exit the setup menus
and return to the Operator Level.
3X.5.4, Set ASC Source
This procedure is used to select the source of the signal that ASC acts on.
Only special applications require the ASC Source to be changed from the
default settings. The ASC Source is configurable for each sensor mode.
1. Press the SETUP key to enter the Setup Menus.
The SELECT MENU screen will be displayed.
2. Use the ARROW keys to scroll until CUSTOM
is displayed on line 4.
3. Press the ENTER key to enter the Custom
Menus. The LCD CONTRAST menu will be
displayed.
4. Use the ARROW keys to scroll until SET ASC
SOURCE is displayed on line 3. The current
setting is displayed on line 4.
