EEPROM WRITE fault (007). An error was detected while writing to
the EEPROM. Press the ENTER key to exit the fault screen. Repeat
the last performed procedure. If the fault persists, the unit must be
repaired.
WATCHDOG RESET fault (008). An unexpected watchdog reset was
detected. XX at the left end of line 1 is a code that indicates the source
of the fault. Press the ENTER key to exit the fault screen and continue
using the unit. If the fault persists, the unit must be repaired.
EXTERNAL DAC fault (009). This fault may occur during Sensor
Calibration. Press the ENTER key to exit the fault screen. Repeat the
last performed procedure. If the fault persists, the unit must be
repaired.
MEMORY ALLOC. fault (010). This indicates that a Memory Allocation
error has occurred. Press the ENTER key to exit the fault screen. Cycle
the power to the unit. If the fault persists, the unit must be repaired.
EEPROM BUSY fault (011). This fault indicates that the EEPROM was
busy when a memory write was attempted. Press the ENTER key to
exit the fault screen. Repeat the last performed procedure. If the fault
persists, the unit must be repaired.
Return Shipment Instructions
If it is necessary to return the DP-20 PLUS to Maxcess International for service, care must be
taken to properly package the unit to prevent damage during shipment. If possible, return the unit
in its original packaging.
