13.2 Mail Settings
Navigation: Administration > Projects > Project Gama (selected project) > GamaRouter (selected device) >
Services > Mail Settings
In the Mail Settings, you can choose whether the
device should use the mail server of the portal with
fixed specifications or whether you use your own
SMTP server.
To change the settings, click on the Edit button
Designation Description
Activate automatic
Mail
Checkbox to enable / disable the automatic mail
settings.
SMTP Server
The SMTP server is required for the device to
be able to send e-mails (you can obtain more
detailed information on this from your service
provider).
SMTP-Port
Enter the port used to send e-mails (usually port
25).
E-Mail Address
Enter the e-mail address to serve as the send-
ing address.
SMTP requires Au-
thentification
Checkbox for whether the selected SMTP serv-
er requires authentication.
SMTP Username
Enter the username required for authentication
on the SMTP server.
SMTP Password Enter the password for authentification.
SMTP Password
confirmation
Repeat the entered password.
NOTICE
Changes in the portal, which concern the device, will take effect after the Portal configuration has been
transferred to the device.
If the device configuration is out of date, this is indicated by a gray LED symbol before the device name
.
