6.3 CONTROL AND SENSOR SYSTEMS
Below is the location of the control systems and of the sensors that are part of the equipment:
• Sensing and control unit
Equipped with a display to show the force curve
of the crimping and four front buttons for
choosing the settings and performing
configuration.
The unit disables the press if it detects failed
crimping.
• Load cell sensor
The sensor is chosen based on the maximum force the press can exert.

sensing unit and sensor.
